Skopje, 1 November 2022 (MIA) – Police detained two persons from the Skopje village of Indzhikovo, aged 22 and 27, for migrant smuggling late on Monday. Police officers found 16 migrants from India during an inspection of a cargo vehicle at the Skopje-Gevgelija motorway, the Ministry of Interior said in a press release. The migrants have been transferred to the reception-transit center in Gevgelija, while detainees will be charged accordingly.
