Skopje, 15 April 2023 (MIA) — An anesthesiologist who filmed patients receiving medical treatment in the Tetovo Clinical Hospital and posted the videos on Tik Tok has been detained, the Ministry of Interior confirmed.

According to the police report, the 43-year-old man with the initials V. D. was apprehended in the village of Odri near Tetovo on Friday at 11:40 pm.

Tetovo Clinical Hospital director Plumb Vela had reported the case to the police. 

The public prosecution has been notified and charges will be filed, the Ministry of Interior said. mr/
