Skopje, 26 February 2023 (MIA) - On Prochka (Forgiveness Day), Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski sent a message of congratulations to Head of the Macedonian Orthodox Church - Ohrid Archbishopric (MOC-OA), HH Stefan, and members of the Holy Synod, as well as all Orthodox believers. 

 

"The message of today's holiday is noble and filled with human values, because the greatness of a man is in his ability to forgive. May we forgive and be forgiven, and continue on the path to building a successful and prosperous society with equal citizens. May we respect each other, and unite all together around the true values to ensure peace, friendship and well-being for every citizen," says Kovachevski in his message. 

 

He adds that mutual understanding and respect are the basis for building an integrated society where human rights will be respected and democratic values will be developed.
