PM Kovachevski hosts ‘Macedonian Evening’ in Belgrade
- As part of the international wine, food and tourism fair "Wine Vision by Open Balkan", a “Macedonian Evening” was held on Friday evening in Belgrade, hosted by the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovachevski.
Skopje, 18 November 2023 (MIA) – As part of the international wine, food and tourism fair "Wine Vision by Open Balkan", a “Macedonian Evening” was held on Friday in Belgrade, hosted by the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovachevski.
According to a government press release, in his introductory address at the event, the Prime Minister stressed that Macedonian culture and traditions are well-known in the region and globally, especially when it comes to Macedonian wine, food, music, which, he said, are promoting the country as a unique tourism destination.
“I invite you to taste the wine and food authentic for our Macedonian country. In North Macedonia, culture and hospitality come together to create unforgettable journeys,” said Kovachevski at the event.
The “Macedonian Evening”, according to the press release, was attended by numerous guests from the field of politics, diplomacy, media, as well as from the economic chambers of Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia.
The event also included a cultural program, with performances by a Macedonian jazz orchestra and other musicians.
