PM Kovachevski at GLOBSEC 2023 Bratislava Forum

Skopje, 30 May 2023 (MIA) – Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski is taking part May 30-31 in the 18th edition of GLOBSEC’s annual Bratislava Forum.
A record number of regional and international heads of state and government, as well as renowned opinion leaders, are attending the Forum.
The discussions at the GLOBSEC Bratislava Forum will be guided by three overarching themes: Continuing Support for Ukraine; Resilience of Europe in the Face of War and Mitigating the Global Consequences of the Conflict (economic, energy, value chains) – in a Global Dialogue.
PM Kovachevski is set to address a panel “Open Roads: Balkans Back in Business,” whereat discussions will focus on regional cooperation, the integration of the region in the EU and the war in Ukraine and its implications for the EU, the government said in a press release.
On the sidelines of the Forum, PM Kovachevski is to meet with the French President Emmanuel Macron, the EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue and other Western Balkan regional issues, Miroslav Lajčák as well as other participants in the Forum.
GLOBSEC’s 2023 Bratislava Forum is the preeminent international strategic conference on the frontlines of a newly divided world. The Forum has established itself as the most distinguished platform throughout the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, and this 18th edition will remind the world that the CEE region has never been more crucial to ensuring global stability.
