Skopje, 21 August 2024 (MIA) - One of the suspects for yesterday's murder near Mavrovka mall in Skopje handed himself in to the police and is currently being questioned in the Kisela Voda police station, the Ministry of Interior has told MIA. The person is suspected of accessory to murder.

Earlier in the day, the MoI said the Skopje police sector concluded its investigation regarding yesterday's shooting at the parking lot behind "Mavrovka" mall, in which a 58-year-old man was killed.

The MoI said the perpetrator, a 39-year-old Skopje resident, has been apprehended by the special police forces, whereas the Criminal Court has ordered a 30-day detention.
