Skopje, 15 December 2023 (MIA) - President Stevo Pendarovski and Albanian counterpart Bajram Begaj expressed Friday in Skopje their satisfaction from the continued political dialogue and development of bilateral relations, while highlighting the mutual commitment for goodneighborly relations.

Pendarovski and Begaj agreed that as NATO allies, the two countries are prepared to enrich mutual cooperation for the purpose of more active contribution to the prosperity, stability and security of the region and the Euro-Atlantic community, the President's Office said in a press release.

The Presidents exchanged opinions and information on the European integration process and the outcome of the European Council summit in Brussels.

Interlocutors agreed on the need to unblock processes and continue reforms in both countries, reads the press release.
