Skopje, 20 November 2023 (MIA) - The Parliament is set to hold its 131st session on Monday, discussing the motion of several opposition lawmakers for extension of the term of the inquiry commission in the Oncology Clinic case by another 30 days.

In the motion, MPs claim that new and important circumstances in the case have emerged over the course of the past month, which requires extention of the term for witness and expert testimonies.

The session agenda also includes the draft-decision on the election of a director of the Operational-Technical Agency (OTA), the draft-decision on election of a chairperson and members of the commission on complaints in public procurement procedures, election of a Constitutional Court judge, and the draft-Rules of Procedures of Parliament.
