Skopje, 7 January 2026 (MIA) - Parliament Speaker Afrim Gashi has extended Christmas greetings to the faithful celebrating the holiday on Wednesday.

"On occasion of Orthodox Christmas, Parliament extends its sincere greetings to all citizens celebrating this holiday. This day represents an opportunity to highlight mutual respect, coexistence, and social harmony, as fundamental values upon which the country's institutional and democratic stability are built," Gashi said in his greeting.

In the greeting, Speaker of Parliament wished peace, health and well-being to all the faithful.
