Skopje, 3 November 2022 (MIA) – The Parliament adopted the laws on court staff, prosecution staff and execution of sanctions through an expedited procedure on Thursday. The laws on court and prosecution staff aim towards equality of employees in the private and public sector through alignment of salaries of employees in courts and prosecutor’s offices at all levels, starting from the minimum wage. The Law on Execution of Sanctions also focuses on the equality of low-income prison police staff, aligning it with the Law on Minimum Wage.
