Skopje, 15 April 2024 (MIA) - DUI presidential candidate Bujar Osmani told Monday's press conference that inter-ethnic relations, good neighbourly relations and Euro-Atlantic integration are "the three sacred pillars on which we must reach a consensus". 

"We must not sacrifice for the sake of any party or political interest the pillars on which the country's stability, harmony and progress rest, and these are - inter-ethnic relations, good neighbourly relations and Euro-Atlantic integration. These are sacred pillars on which we must reach a consensus and which must not be the subject of these upcoming elections or any other elections," said Osmani. 

Osmani again invited presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska Davkova to a televised debate and to his podcast.

"I once again invite, here before you, Siljanovska Davkova to a face-off with me in a TV debate to discuss all the arguments related to these two alternatives - integration versus isolation. You know it yourself, violation of the Prespa Agreement, violation of the Friendship Treaty, violation of the Ohrid Agreement, will immediately bring isolation to the country, we will become an appendix of the Balkans. Tensions will be triggered in the relations. This country has achieved so much. It has become an example of a multi-ethnic functional democracy. We wish that many countries in the world had what we have. She should come to my podcast, and we will discuss all our differences regarding the two alternative concepts," said Osmani.
