Skopje, 13 May 2022 (MIA) – North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani is set to attend informal meeting NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs, which will take place in Berlin, Germany, on May 14-15. According to the Foreign Ministry, the talks will focus on the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, the possible implications of the war on the allies, including security risks and the NATO’s future defence strategy as well as NATO's next Summit in Madrid. Foreign Ministers of Finland and Sweden are also invited to attend the meeting, who will brief on the latest developments, benefits and implications related to the possible future NATO membership of these two countries. On the sidelines of the meeting, FM Osmani is to hold bilateral meetings with Ukrainian and Montenegrin counterparts Dmytro Kuleba and Ranko Krivokapic as well as other colleagues.
