Skopje, July 13, 2022 (MIA) - Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani said Wednesday the protocol with Bulgaria will be published before the authorities sign it. According to Osmani, there is nothing controversial in the protocol, as well as in the entire French proposal, but that Bulgaria is also dissatisfied with the proposed compromise. “They are dissatisfied, because they should recognize Macedonian language, officially in the European Union. They are not satisfied that there are no chapters, there are no benchmarks... the only thing they got was a change to the Constitution so that the Bulgarians to be included in it. Apart from that there is nothing else in the French proposal as a compromise,” Osmani told TV 24.
