Skopje, 9 June 2022 (MIA) – Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani said Thursday that parliamentary elections will be held in May 2024 along with the presidential elections. Osmani told Kanal 5 TV that there will be no elections in the coming period because it is not in the interest of the citizens and the state. “So, we need to get that off the table as a possibility to be discussed,” Osmani said, adding that the focus should now be on how to manage the crisis. According to Osmani, the country is now in an economic crisis, and therefore, a way should be found to reach a basic agreement with the opposition on tackling the crisis.
