Osmani in Mostar and Jablanica to meet mayors, civil society representatives working on OSCE projects

Skopje, 13 May 2023 (MIA) — OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani on a two-day visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina will travel to Mostar and Jablanica to see first-hand OSCE-supported municipal projects.
During the field visit, Osmani will meet Mostar Mayor Mario Kordić and Jablanica Mayor Damir Šabanović.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jablanica is one of the municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina that is part of the OSCE "We Can Do Better" project that aims to strengthen trust and connection between communities in the country.
To highlight the importance of the work of the non-governmental sector, FM Osmani will also hold talks with civil society representatives working on issues such as the protection of vulnerable groups, human trafficking, gender violence, ecology and the fight against corruption. mr/
