Skopje, 1 October 2023 (MIA) — Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani in his capacity as current OSCE chairman voiced concern about the Serbian military build-up near the Kosovo border.

FM Osmani wrote on his social media that he had contacted Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic to express this concern.

He also wrote that he welcomed a statement about withdrawal as the first step to de-escalation and he welcomed NATO's decision for additional KFOR troops.
