Skopje, 26 February 2024 (MIA) - DUI candidate and incumbent Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani says he has collected the 10,000 signatures required for a presidential bid.

"I was told about the news that 10,000 signatures have been collected while at home, supported by my loved ones Valbona, Eliza, Mal and Luan. The 10,000 signatures collected in a record time of two work days represent a validation but also an obligation to take this historic bid for President of North Macedonia with utmost commitment," Osmani says in a Facebook post.

Osmani wishes to see a positive campaign, in which candidates "will compete with ideas and actions", while thanking everyone for the support.
