Skopje, 19 July 2024 (MIA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski in a meeting Friday with Kazakhstan’s Ambassador Satybaldy Burshakov welcomed the Kazakh government’s decision to open an embassy in Skopje.

Minister Mucunski wished Ambassador Burshakov, the first resident ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the country, successful term, the Foreign Ministry said. 

“The interlocutors voiced satisfaction with the development of the countries’ relations expressing hopes that the new embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Skopje will play a role in further enhancing the economic cooperation, business ties and trade,” said the press release.

Also, the Minister informed the Ambassador about the projects and priorities of the new government with an accent on the country’s EU integration process all the while sharing views on key foreign policy topics.
