North Macedonia and Albania to hold joint government session in Skopje
Skopje, 14 November 2022 (MIA) – A joint session of the governments of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Albania is to be held on Monday in Skopje with Prime Ministers Dimitar Kovachevski and Edi Rama delivering official addresses.
A signing ceremony of agreements and memorandums will be held within joint government session by ministers of two governments aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
North Macedonia and Albania are fostering excellent relations, and not only with Albania, but also with all other neighboring countries, Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said Sunday.
Speaking to members of the media after visiting a renovated police station in Skopje, he said the citizens can expect tomorrow’s joint government session with Albania to be held in a very positive atmosphere.
“The ministries have prepared a number of memorandums and decisions for cooperation, which will be signed tomorrow by our ministers and the Albanian ministers,” Kovachevski stated.
PMs Kovachevski and Edi Rama are expected to hold a news conference after the joint government session.
