Skopje, 13 May 2022 (MIA) – The 19th meeting of the joint multidisciplinary expert commission on historical and educational issues between North Macedonia and Bulgaria held on Thursday and Friday in Sofia, took place in a constructive atmosphere, said statement released after the meeting. According to the Macedonian team in the joint commission, the members of the commission had a discussion and exchanged ideas regarding primary school textbooks, which refer to the Middle Ages and early Ottoman period. The joint commission aligned and signed content of the minutes from its previous meetings. The co-chairs of the commission agreed commission’s next meeting to be held in mid-September 2022, the statement read.
