Skopje, 4 October 2022 (MIA) - Democratic Alliance (DS) lawmaker Pavle Trajanov has said there are no conditions for a new majority to be formed in Parliament calling on for a broad coalition to be mulled. He considers himself as being part of the majority, but he is also considering other options. "I believe there are no conditions for a new parliamentary majority, no one is talking about it. Now, we are probably closer to opening the issues as to whether we are close to organizing early elections or whether this term should be completed. In this situation, I suggest that we start considering a broad coalition including all parliamentary parties so as to overcome the challenges our country is facing now," Trajanov told Alsat-M TV. According to him, the broad coalition should also include all opposition parties, mainly VMRO-DPMNE. The second issue that should be considered, the lawmaker stated, is the holding of early elections in connection to the constitutional changes since there is no consensus on the matter.
