Natural gas for heating plants in March to be purchased at EUR 60.10, says ESM head
Skopje, 25 February 2023 (MIA) - Power Plants of North Macedonia (ESM) has selected a supplier for March for the needs of heating plants "Istok", "Zapad", "Energetika" and "Skopje-Sever".
Natural gas will be purchased at EUR 60.10, and the supplier is Makpetrol, ESM director Vasko Kovachevski told Saturday's press conference.
Three companies applied at the public call, he noted, and Makpetrol was chosen because it offered the lowest price of EUR 60.10.
Kovachevski added that Makpetrol will also provide a guarantee as holder of the purchase, which has been one of the conditions in the public call.
