Skopje, 4 July 2024 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Timcho Mucunski held a meeting Thursday with Greek Ambassador Sophia Philippidou, during which he voiced assurances that the country is firmly committed to further promotion of bilateral, regional and multilateral cooperation with Greece, above all as NATO partners and allies.

According to the MFA, Minister Mucunski said the country’s interest lies in building goodneighborly relations with the goal of security, stability and prosperity of the region.  

“The country remains committed to further enhancement of bilateral relations, through open dialogue over all issues of mutual interest, with the goal of the enrichment of relations with new elements and to the benefit of the prosperity and well-being of the citizens in both countries,” the press release said.

At the meeting, Mucunski and Philippidou also reaffirmed their interest in intensifying economic cooperation.
