Skopje, 16 April 2024 (MIA) - The Aviation Unit at the Interior Ministry transported a Macedonian national from Hungary on Tuesday to ensure timely medical care, the Ministry said in a press release.

According to the Ministry, the national was transported to Skopje due to a worsened health condition.

“Due to the need for urgent transportation due to a worsened health condition during his stay in Hungary, following a request received by the Crisis Management Center, a Macedonian national was transported with a Bell 412 police helicopter, in cooperation with representatives from the Health Ministry and a medical team from City General Hospital ‘8th September’. He was transported to Skopje for additional long-term medical care,” the Ministry said in the press release.
