Skopje, 4 December 2024 (MIA) – Minister of Defence Vlado Misajlovski will attend the meeting of defence ministers of member and observer nations of the US-Adriatic Charter (A5) in Tirana, Albania on Wednesday.

At the ministerial meeting, Misajlovski will speak at two working sessions on the security situation in the Western Balkans and the broader region, the A5 open door policy, and the future of this successful regional cooperation initiative.

As reported by the Ministry of Defence, Misajlovski will hold several bilateral meetings in Tirana, including a meeting with the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defence for International Security Affairs, Celeste Wallander.

The heads of the delegations of the A5 member countries will also sign a joint statement during the ministerial meeting.
