Skopje, 26 July 2024 (MIA) - Defense Minister Vlado Misajlovski met Friday with Slovenian Ambassador Gregor Presker, the Ministry of Defense said in a press release.

Minister Misajlovski expressed deep gratitude to the Ambassador and Slovenia, which again, selflessly and quickly responded to the country's call for help in dealing with the forest fires.

"The defense cooperation between the two countries marks a continuous upward trend, and the signing of the new bilateral agreement creates conditions to expand and upgrade existing areas of cooperation" the press release reads.

Ambassador Presker stressed that Slovenia expresses clear support for the country's EU membership and is ready to assists in the reform processes. ssh/nn/
