Mickoski to Osmani: Slogan not chauvinistic, but means we'll return Macedonia to the people

Radovish, 30 April 2024 (MIA) -  Addressing a rally in Radovish on Tuesday, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski sent a message to Bujar Osmani that the party's slogan for the parliamentary elections is not chauvinistic, but means that VMRO-DPMNE will return Macedonia to the people, which the ruling party has been senselessly robbing.

"Bujar Osmani says the slogan "Macedonia Yours Again" was a chauvinist slogan. That can only be said by an ignorant person who is a real chauvinist and who does not consider Macedonia his homeland, because when I say Macedonia I mean all the citizens who live in it. Macedonians, as well as Albanians, Turks, Roma, Serbs, Vlachs, Bosniaks and all the rest. When Bujar Osmani says Macedonia, he does not consider it his homeland, even though he has been a minister in all possible governments of Macedonia. Although he drains money and wages from the country that he does not recognize as his homeland. Well, that's chauvinism in action. And the hypocrisy is even greater because it is Bujar who is the Minister of Foreign Affairs and is expected to defend the interests of Macedonia before the world. Macedonia is also your country, whether you want to admit it or not. My fight is to return Macedonia to the people, the people you've been senselessly robbing and impoverishing," Mickoski pointed out.

He said "the time of Artan and Bujar" is gone, and a new time is coming when Macedonia is going back in the hands of the people.

List principle in the fourth election district Aleksandar Nikoloski said Venko Filipche was the man who destroyed healthcare and VMRO-DPMNE would repair it with real professionals. He called for mass voter turnout on May 8.

MP candidates Goce Dedinec and Monika Trajanova also addressed the rally in Radovish.
