Mickoski announces new investment, to open 110 jobs

Skopje, 5 July 2024 (MIA) - Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski has announced Friday on Facebook a new German-Belgian investment.

It involves German company Epsotech which, in partnership with the Belgian company AIM, will invest in the construction of a new production plant in the country, regarding which EUR 20 million will be invested.

"The facility will be located in the municipality of Petrovec, outside the technological development zones, and it will produce elements from the automotive, railway and health industries. Construction activities will start at the end of August, and the employment of more than 110 of our fellow citizens is planned within one year. It is significant that part of the investment also involves the Research and Development Center, which gives great added value and means hiring of highly skilled employees," Mickoski posted on Facebook.
