Mickoski and Mexhiti to address Albanian Alphabet Day event

Skopje, 22 November 2024 (MIA) - The Government will host an event Friday to mark Albanian Alphabet Day.

The event will be addressed by Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski and the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Izet Mexhiti.

Albanian Alphabet Day marks the anniversary of the Congress of Bitola when dozens of Albanian prominent figures met on November 14-22, 1908, to create the Albanian alphabet.
