Skopje – Deputy Prime Minister Nikola Dimitrov has responded to Bulgarian lawmaker Ekaterina Zaharieva following her accusations that North Macedonia is discriminating people who want to declare themselves Bulgarian. “North Macedonia is a multi-ethnic country. According to our Constitution, all ethnic communities are equal,” Dimitrov, who is in charge of European affairs, wrote on Facebook.
Skopje – The United States provides significant support for the government of North Macedonia in conducting activities aimed at economic growth and stability and strengthening democratic practices and institutions. It is being confirmed by the two signed amendments to the Development Partnership Grant Agreement, which provides additionally up to $3.5 million this year.
