MFA urges nationals to leave Lebanon amid security concerns

Skopje, 23 June 2024 (MIA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) urges all Macedonian nationals currently in Lebanon to leave the country at the earliest opportunity due to escalating security situation.
In addition, the Ministry advises all citizens against non-essential travel to Lebanon.
"There are concerns of further escalation, reducing accessibility of available options to timely leave Lebanon. As always, all our capacities are put to work in assisting our nationals," the MFA said, noting that nationals can contact the Ministry via its 24/7 line at +389 75 268 736, as well as via the email address: globalsos@mfa.gov.mk.
