Marichikj visits Sweden, North Macedonia's EU perspective in focus of talks

Skopje, 30 March 2023 (MIA) - Deputy PM for European Affairs Bojan Marichikj is paying an official visit to the Kingdom of Sweden on Thursday and Friday, at the invitation of Swedish Minister for EU Affairs Jessika Rosvall.
Deputy PM Marichikj will also meet with Christian Danielsson, State Secretary to Minister Rosvall, as well as Deputy Chair of the Riksdag's Committee on EU Affairs, Matilda Ernkrans, and member of the Swedish Parliament Adnan Dibrani, the Secretariat for European Affairs said in a press release.
North Macedonia's European perspective, reforms, the course of the EU negotiations process, bilateral relations and development support, as well as priorities of the Swedish EU Presidency will be in the focus of talks, adds the press release.
As part of the visit, Deputy PM Marichikj will also meet with Secretary-General of International IDEA, Kevin Kasas-Zamora, and with Head of the Europe and Latin America Department at SIDA, Lisa Fredriksson.
Marichikj's visit is taking place during Sweden's EU Presidency.
