Skopje, 28 February 2024 (MIA) - First Deputy PM for European Affairs Bojan Marichikj is taking part Wednesday at a meeting of Western Balkans Deputy PMs and Ministers for European Integration as part of the Regional Summit on the Growth and Convergence Plan, held in Tirana.

The meeting will cover various topics related to the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, the Secretariat for European Affairs said in a press release.

The meeting focuses on strategic planning of the next steps in the implementation of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans. The main goal of the meeting is to define the strategies of the European Commission and the EU candidate-states, align measures for the purpose of successful realization of the Growth Plan, determine the advantages and priorities, as well as the next actions for successful realization of the full-fledged EU membership of North Macedonia and other candidates from the region.
