Skopje, 9 October 2023 (MIA) — Kumanovo Mayor Maksim Dimitrievski's supporters in Skopje will be gathering signatures for his initiative to register a new party, named ZNAM Movement: For Our Macedonia.

In addition to members of the public, representatives of ten civil associations are also expected to sign the initiative at a gathering held in Skopje on Monday evening, organizers said in a press release.

ZNAM Movement, Dimitrievski said in the release, was a party created "by citizens for citizens" with the aim of "making changes in the country."

"Let's put ourselves completely at the service of Macedonia and our people," the Kumanovo mayor said. mr/
