Skopje, 16 August 2023 (MIA) – Justice Minister Krenar Lloga and Chief Public Prosecutor Ljubomir Joveski met on Wednesday and discussed the ongoing proceedings led by Tetovo Basic Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Prosecutor's Office on Organized Crime and Corruption related to the fire at the modular hospital in Tetovo.

“Other issues were also discussed with Chief Public Prosecutor Joveski, such as the need to appoint a liaison prosecutor in EU's Judicial Cooperation Unit (Eurojust), to approve the guidance for the implementation of the new Criminal Procedure Code, the Strategy on the Justice System Development 2023-2027, automated case distribution to public prosecutor's offices and other topics,” the Ministry of Justice said in a press release.

According to the press release, in regard to the case of the modular hospital in Tetovo, Minister Lloga will meet on Thursday with the head of the Public Prosecutor's Office on Organized Crime and Corruption, Islam Abazi.
