Sofia, 1 December 2021 (MIA) – The final patient injured in the bus accident on Bulgaria’s Struma highway has been discharged from the Sofia-based Pirogov hospital. A medical team is transferring the patient back to North Macedonia on Wednesday afternoon, MIA reports from Sofia. 45 Macedonian nationals were killed in the 23 November bus accident. All foreign nationals who survived the accident on the Struma highway, the Pirogov hospital said in a press release, have now been discharged and transferred to North Macedonia and Serbia.
