Kumanovo Art Gallery to open 'Picasso Maybe I' exhibition of sculptures
Kumanovo, 13 April 2023 (MIA) - The Art Gallery within the Kumanovo Museum will open on Thursday evening the solo exhibition entitled "Picasso Maybe I" by academic artist Filip Fidanovski.
The exhibition will showcase ten portrait sculptures made of clay and porcelain, and inspired by the works of the great Spanish artist Pablo Picasso. The exhibition will also present remakes of Picasso’s original works, from which Fidanovski takes inspiration.
"The exhibition is part of a series of exhibitions organized by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain on the occasion of the 140th anniversary since the birth of Pablo Picasso and 50 years since his death, and is part of the Museum's activities," said Dragana Spaskovska from the Kumanovo Museum.
