Skopje, 18 May 2023 (MIA) - Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski met Thursday with United States Ambassador Angela Aggeler, who conveyed Washington's commitment for continued support provided to North Macedonia while acknowledging the Government's decisions towards ensuring a prosperous future within EU and NATO.

The meeting is part of the regular dialogue with the U.S. Ambassador on mutual relations and follows last week's visit of PM Kovachevski to the United States, the Government said in a press release.

Kovachevski thanked Aggeler for the unequivocal support from State Secretary Antony Blinken, considering the next steps in North Macedonia's Euro-integration process.

Interlocutors highlighted the commitment for development of bilateral relations, as NATO allies and as countries that share common values, reads the press release.
