Kovachevski, Vucic and Brnabic stroll in Belgrade ahead of Friday meetings
Belgrade, 30 March 2023 (MIA) - Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski started late Thursday the official visit to Belgrade with a stroll along the Sava riverbank with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic.

"I begin my visit with a pleasant stroll along the Sava riverbank in Belgrade. We shared thoughts on the firm friendship, cooperation and partnership between our two countries, and the vision for the future of the Western Balkans," PM Kovachevski wrote in a Facebook post.

Vucic also shared a photo on Instagram, saying he proudly showed Kovachevski how much Belgrade has developed.

"They say the best plans and the most pleasant talks take place during a nice stroll. While I proudly showed my friend Dimitar Kovachevski how much Belgrade has developed, we exchanged opinions on the enlargement of the Open Balkan initiatives, EU's road to our region, the position and perspectives of the Western Balkans on the geopolitical map of Europe and the world, but also the plans for the coming meetings and new networking projects," wrote Vucic.

On Friday, the two governments will sign three cooperation memoranda - on improved flow of people and goods through the border, e-tolls, and mining and energy.

PM Kovachevski is accompanied on the visit by Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski, Minister of Economy Kreshnik Bekteshi, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy Ljupcho Nikolovski, Minister of Transport and Communications Blagoj Bochvarski, and Deputy Minister of Information Society and Administration Aleksandar Bajdevski.
