Kovachevski: Strong and stable ruling majority, reshuffle proposal to pass with over 64 votes in favor

Skopje, 14 February 2023 (MIA) – Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said on Tuesday that the ruling majority is strong and stable, and the Government reshuffle will pass in Parliament with over 64 votes in favor.

While answering media questions, Kovachevski said the reasons for the reshuffle aren’t personal, but that the goal is the implementation of the reforms.

“The reshuffle proposal that I submitted was not a result of personal reasons, but in order for the country to have a stable majority, to be able to adopt economic laws and laws on the judiciary, to implement the reforms, to not allow a blockade from the opposition. I believe that all Government partners are in favor of an efficient Parliament, and the Alliance for Albanians will strengthen the majority,” said Kovachevski. ad/nn/
