Skopje, 4 June 2022 (MIA) — Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski condemned the arson attack against the Bitola center of the Bulgarian community. “I condemn the setting on fire of the Bulgarian community center in Bitola,” Prime Minister Kovachevski said in a Facebook post. “In the 21st century, setting things on fire and burning them down does not achieve anything. I gave clear instructions to the competent institutions to immediately solve the case. “Such inflammatory provocations are aimed at disrupting relations between the Macedonian and Bulgarian people. This is why I urge all of us to remain calm and maintain our dignity, and the authorities will deal with the perpetrators,” Kovachevski wrote. mr/
