Kavadarci, 23 August 2024 (MIA) – A fire broke out in a factory for wooden packaging and pellets in Kavadarci, which was localized around 1:30 am, the local firefighting unit confirmed to MIA.

A firefighting team remained at the site to monitor the situation.

In a Facebook post, Kavadarci Mayor Mitko Janchev wrote that the local firefighting unit deployed all of its 30 firemen at the site to put out the flames.

It remains unknown what caused the fire.
