Skopje, 22 July 2024 (MIA) - A family of four in North Macedonia needed Mden 60,570 to cover the minimal consumer basket in July, which is an increase of Mden 245 compared to June, said the Federation of Trade Unions (SSM) on Monday.

According to the new methodology of the minimum consumers' basket, renting a 60 m2 apartment increases costs to Mden 75,945. 

In July, Mden 22,008 are required for basic food products, while Mden 6,014 are required for overheads.
