Gostivar, 5 April 2024 (MIA) – GROM’s presidential candidate Stevcho Jakimovski resumed his election campaign on Friday in Gostivar.

Jakimovski spoke with the citizens of Gostivar about current issues and noted that emigration is the main issue, assessing that it is a result of bad policies by the ruling parties.

“The reason for the mass exodus is the servile attitude of officials who don’t look after their own country but instead focus on foreign countries,” Jakimovski said.

He said he is a candidate of the people, “and not an extended arm of the parties”. Speaking about the constitutional amendments, Jakimovski criticized the proposals of his opponents over the issue.

“The presidential candidates are running away from debates. This is a great shame for democracy. The people must hear their positions on essential issues for the country,” Jakimovski said.
