Skopje, 4 December 2021 (MIA) – The Italian Street Food Festival is taking place on Saturday and Sunday at the Macedonia Square in Skopje. During the festival, the most renowned Italian restaurants in the city are offering a gastronomic journey throughout the authentic flavors of culinary tradition from some of the Italian regions. The outdoor event, organized by the Embassy of Italy in Skopje and the Italian Trade Agency Skopje (ITA), marks the sixth Week of Italian Cuisine in the World and aims to promote the traditional Italian cuisine. Italian Ambassador Andrea Silvestri is set to open the festival. At the two-day event fully dedicated to entertainment, socializing and tasting excellent food, with live music and a full program suitable for any age, visitors will be able to find a number of engaging activities including artistic contest for kids, lottery with prizes for everyone buying products at the festival, exhibition, Italian authors’ books, etc.
