International warrant issued for Shevalj Muaremi, suspected leader of int'l criminal group
Skopje, 4 March 2024 (MIA) - The authorities have issued an international arrest warrant for Shevalj Muaremi.
Muaremi is suspected of being part of an international organized criminal group involved in multiple crimes, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) announced on its website.
In January 2024, criminal charges were filed against 16 people suspected of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics, and murders and attempted murders. All of them were members of an international organized criminal gang, led by Muaremi (46) from the village of Grchec.
