Skopje, 18 November 2022 (MIA) – Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski met Friday with the new Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic in North Macedonia, Sophia Philippidou, who was joined by the Embassy’s police attaché Ioannis Fakas. Both sides expressed satisfaction with the excellent cooperation so far, with an emphasis on the partnership between the two ministries, which in recent years, especially during the migration crisis, but also the period after, has proven to be very important, the Ministry of Interior said in a press release. Ambassador Philippidou reaffirmed the support that Greece has offered to the country in all spheres, especially in the European integration process, and expressed her readiness for its further intensification, particularly in the area of security.
