Grubi: Promotion of artistic values reaffirms progressive spirit of Framework Agreement
Skopje, 27 July 2021 (MIA) – First Deputy PM and Minister of Political System and Community Relations, Artan Grubi, alongside a Government delegation visited on Tuesday an exhibition organized by the National Gallery of North Macedonia and Tetovo’s Art Gallery as part of activities to mark the 20th anniversary of the Ohrid Framework Agreement. Grubi expressed satisfaction with the organization of such an event which, he noted, with the diversity of artistic styles and presence of different artists clearly shows artistic progress in various profiles, in the processes of development and nurturing art in the country. According to Grubi, the promotion of artistic values reaffirms the progressive spirit of the Framework Agreement, his office said in a press release. “The improvement of the work of the institutions for the promotion of artistic values and encouraging artistic creativity, which is clearly expressed through these exhibitions, is a clear indicator of the level achieved as a result of the implementation of the Ohrid Framework Agreement,” said Grubi. He congratulated the heads of the two institutions, Dita Starova Qerimi and Ilir Kurtishi, adding that they have his and the Government’s full support for the promotion of artistic values which, he stressed, should be in the public spotlight at all times.
