Skopje, 4 August 2021 (MIA) – The leaders of DUI and SDSM have agreed to form a coalition for the coming local elections, which envisages a combined model of support, in the first round in some municipalities and in others in the second round, First Deputy Prime Minister Artan Grubi announced Wednesday. He said that the agreed coalition is similar to the one formed for the 2017 elections. Grubi, who is also the minister for political system, said the coalition is confident looking at opinion polls it will win in all municipalities in the country, including Skopje, Tetovo, Gostivar, Veles, Bitola, etc. “I assure you, we are absolute favorites in the coming local elections,” he told a news conference answering a journalist question.
