Great potential for mountain tourism, DUI says at Bogovinje rally
Tetovo, 6 October 2021 (MIA) — DUI leader Ali Ahmeti and the party’s candidate for mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje Besnik Emshiu at a party rally in Bogovinje this evening said voters can expect a better Bogovinje in the future, especially regarding cleaner environment.
The DUI agenda is packed with projects, Ahmeti said, to meet the needs of citizens.
“We are ready to fulfill all your requests to improve this place,” he continued. “As EU aspirants, we can’t be a member state without roads, construction plans, sewers, water supply, clean air standards.”
“We all have a moral responsibility to clean our rivers and environment for our children. This is life, this is our agenda,” Ahmeti said, adding his party had people with ideas that would improve citizens’ lives.
Mayoral candidate Besnik Emshiu said he would promote mountain tourism because the region had the potential for it. He also promised water supply and sewerage projects as well as plans to improve agriculture and beekeeping as well as the working conditions for local teachers and students. mr/
